Tire Information (All Vehicles and Trailers)

All information is found on the tires. The information may not be in the exact location found in the image. The Age Code should be read and entered from each tire. The Age Code is usually listed on one side of the tire, which may require you to find it on the other side. Please verify the information on each tire, as sometimes the tires are different. The tire pressure should be listed based on how you usually keep the tires. If you don’t know, check each tire’s tire pressure and write that on the form for each tire.

Get Some Vehicle Information from the Internet

These VIN decoders are generally correct. Using the sticker from the vehicle is recommended, though the VIN decoder can help provide data the vehicle sticker does not. If the vehicle brand is not listed, you can try one anyway. Sometimes, the decoder will return VIN data for other brands.
